How does it work
If you find a lower price you send us an email to reservas@grandking.com.ar, telling: the booking number and the web adress of the other site or printed materials that show the compared offer.
In case of proving that it is a better offer we will repay the difference in the following 10 days alter the claim.
Conditions:
This only applies when there is a confirmed booking.
You have to send us the website, the brochure or publication where the other offert appears.
It has to be the same kina of room, with the same check in and check out dates.
The comparison is made taking into account the paying method.
The comparison has to be over rates applying to general public.
It doesn’t apply over corporative rates or associated to any mile program.
Validity of the Guarantee:
The guarantee of the offer is valid up to 48 hours after receiving the booking.
It only applies for the nights (Not for packages, meals or extras).
